Terms and Conditions for Participation
  1. All submitted works must be original creations of the participant(s).
  2. Participants shall bear full legal responsibility for any disputes arising from copyright infringement, false information, illegal content, regulatory violations, or any other issues related to their submissions. The organizers and hosts shall not be held liable for such matters.
  3. For any winning work that accepts the award, the participant is deemed to agree that the copyright of the awarded work is consented to the organizer. Participants retain the right of authorship and must ensure that the work is free from any copyright disputes.
  4. Participants must ensure that all images, data, audio materials, and other resources used during the creation process are legally obtained and authorized for use and shall assume all corresponding legal responsibilities.
  5. The IDMIC Organizing Committee evaluates only the artistic and technical quality of submitted works. Any copyright-related issues remain the sole responsibility of the participant. Works suspected of plagiarism or intellectual property infringement will be disqualified.
  6. If the winning work violates the rules, the awarded prize and other related fees will be reclaimed and the IDMIC Organizing Committee will publicly announce the disqualification. Any resulting legal liabilities shall be borne entirely by the participant.
  7. Participation is entirely voluntary. Once they participate in any part or the entire process of this competition, they are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all the terms and explanations of this competition scheme.
  8. The organizing committee reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.
