Terms and Conditions for Participation
  1. All submitted works must be original creations by the participant.
  2. The organizing and hosting parties shall not be held responsible for any legal disputes or third-party losses arising from issues such as infringement of rights, falsehood, illegality, or impropriety in the submitted works. Participants shall bear full legal responsibility.
  3. Once a work is awarded in the final selection and the participant accepts the prize, it is deemed that the participant agrees to transfer the copyright of the work to the organizer. The participant retains the right of authorship and guarantees that the work does not involve any copyright disputes.
  4. Participants must legally use any images, materials, or other resources during the creation process and shall assume corresponding legal liabilities.
  5. The IDMIC Organizing Committee evaluates only the quality of the submitted works. Participants are solely responsible for any copyright issues involved. Works found to involve plagiarism or intellectual property violations will be disqualified. If a winning work is found in violation, the prize and any related benefits will be revoked and publicly announced. Participants will be liable for any damages to third-party rights.
  6. Participation in any part or the entirety of the competition constitutes full understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions as interpreted by the organizers.
  7. The use of AI-assisted creation is permitted. However, participants must indicate “AI-assisted” when submitting their work to ensure transparency for the judges.
  8. The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation for all matters related to this competition.
